These terms apply to every business ("you") that creates a ClarityERP account. By signing up you agree to them.
ClarityERP is a subscription web application for quotations, invoicing, stock, purchasing, payroll, projects, CRM, e-Invoice submission, an online product catalog and a customer messaging inbox. Features may be added or changed; we announce changes in the application.
e-Invoices are submitted to LHDN MyInvois using credentials you provide. You are responsible for the correctness of submitted invoices; submissions accepted by LHDN are legal tax documents.
Subscription fees, trial periods and payment terms are shown on the Pricing page and in your account. Accounts with unpaid fees may be suspended after the grace period stated in the application. Data stays intact during suspension.
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time from Settings → Data Export. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy and never sell it. On account closure we delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided through the contact channels on this website during Malaysian business hours.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, for actions of Meta, LHDN, banks or other third parties, or for decisions you make based on reports generated by the service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
